The San Juan is very famous fishery in New Mexico because of its large rainbows population.
I went to the fly shop Abe's Motel and Fly Shop to buy fishing license and some flies yesterday.
A lady of the fly shop chose some effective flies for me and kindly taught me the San Juan Style Nymph Rig and shown me a good fishing spot.
This was the last fishing day of my fishing tirp to the West.
It's not easy to cast with the dropper system. Two hours went by without any luck. When I changed both flies to small midges, I got the fist rainbow.
After that, I caught many rainbows constantly. They were heavy and my right arm had a pain when I stopped fishing.
