People in Japan celebrates the Girls' Festival on March 3rd. In Wisconsin, today is the opening day for trout fishing.
I though trout fishermen might celebrate the opening day even if it's snow. But I didn't see any fisherman on the Blcak Earth today.
It's light snow today. I was not sure if I can catch trout in the snow. But I could catch 16-inch trout. It's my record in Wisconsin so far.
