I started fishing at 9:30 AM but I couldn't catch anything for first 2 hours.
The first fish I hooked here was a big rainbow trout but it was too strong, it pulled my backing line out and then tore 6X leader tippet off
so I couldn't land it. Around noon, I could land another big rainbow. And I caught some brown trout here.
This was my first fishing trip to the West. I drove 3,750 miles in total for this trip.

- Catch: 2 Rainbow trout (20 inches and 11 inches) and 3 Brown trout (13 inches, 12 inches, and 8 inches)

I Moved to Billings from West Yellowstone and stayed there to fish the Bighorn river.
